Polls in Jerusalem have opened as people in the city elect local councils and a new mayor, with residents divided between those wanting to preserve Jerusalem's religious status wit h those calling for greater secular freedom.  
Jacky Rowland reports from Jerusalem where, for the past five years, the city has been led by a mayor from the ultra-orthodox party.
